Where are you located?

Our workshop and artisans are based in Nainital, Uttarakhand, while our sales and marketing office operates out of Noida. As an e-commerce brand, we currently do not have a physical showroom. What is Selaai’s return and exchange policy?

Selaai does not provide exchanges, refunds, or returns for products purchased during sales,
with discounts, or using coupons or gift vouchers.

  • For regular purchases: If the product is damaged or incorrect, you can report it to customer care with an unboxing video.
  • Alterations: Possible for non-sale products within 48 hours of delivery, with the return shipping cost covered by the customer.
  • Return conditions: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an AWB number to track your order's status.

What payment methods do you accept?

Selaai accepts all payment methods available through Razorpay.

How do I file a dispute for a charge on my account?

Selaai provides a detailed size chart for all products. Please refer to it carefully before
purchasing, especially for on-sale items, as they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
