1. Returns for Regular Purchases

2. Damaged or Wrong Products
2.1 If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, get in touch with our customer care team along with an unboxing video.
2.2 If the product is damaged upon arrival, courier it back to us. Once we receive and verify the damage, we’ll send you a fresh piece.
3. Made to Order Items
3.1 Certain items that are made to order are not eligible for returns.
4. Alteration Policy
4.1 We don’t offer refunds or returns for sold products. Our size chart is comprehensive, so please refer to it before placing your order.
4.2 If sizing issues arise and the product is not from the sale section, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will try our best to make required alterations wherever it is possible.
4.3 After team acknowledgment, send the product back to us. We don’t offer reverse pickup, so keep an acknowledgement receipt from the courier person.
4.4 Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. We recommend traceable mail for returns.
5. Return Conditions
5.1 Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels/tags intact, in original packaging, and eligible.
5.2 Mention your name, address, contact details, and order ID on the parcel, along with the required size.
5.3 Size alterations are allowed once per order.
5.4 You’ll bear the cost of shipping to and fro (reverse pickup and shipping charges) for the product.
6. Order Cancellation
6.1 Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
6.2 Cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 12 hours by contacting us.

7. Exchange Not Accepted
7.1 Exchange/return is not accepted if you dislike the material or color. Please read the product description and view all pictures before ordering.
7.2 Variations in color, finish, and look are expected due to manual processes and monitor differences.
7.3 A slight color difference (10-12%) might occur due to screen resolution and camera lights.
7.4 Exchange/return is not accepted for washed or worn products.
7.5 Purchases from the SALE section are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
